The tour is private for just you and your guests. The next longer tour is the Heart of the Gorge Helicopter Tour which is approximately 40 minutes in duration.
There are no age restrictions. All ages may fly. Infants under 2 years old may be carried in an adult’s lap and do not require a ticket. 300 pounds is the maximum weight per person.
You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule without fee or penalty by notifying us more than 24 hours prior to your tour time. Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedule requests with fewer than 24 hours prior to the tour time will result in 100% forfeiture of funds. Please contact us immediately if your tour needs to be changed or cancelled.
Oregon Helicopters will only fly tours in weather conditions that are well within safety limits and which allow for a comfortable and pleasurable tour. Weather decisions are generally made on the same day as the tour. Every attempt is made to provide a minimum of 2 hours notice if weather becomes a reason to delay or cancel tours. In the event of a weather cancellation you will be given the option to reschedule to a new date and time of your preference or of receiving a full refund.
